Extremely disappointing experience On September 15th, I went in for an interior detailing service. Two days earlier, I had brought my car in for a consultation and was informed the price would be $200. However, when I showed up for the appointment, I was told the price had increased to $300. In the end, I paid the originally quoted $200, but the quality of the service was terrible. • Seats were left with stains • Carpet was not properly vacuumed • Visible dirt marks remained throughout the car The service did not reflect the price paid. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone. ❌ Avoid!

I had my car detailed at H&K back in February 2019. I was not very happy with the service. When booking it over the phone, they told me it was going to be super clean and looking great. I feel like I paid $150 for a basic glorified car wash. I will not give them my business again and wouldn't recommend. There was still dirt all over the inside. The interior and seats are cream leather and all dirt is noticeable so it was surprise to see all the spots that were missed. When they came out to show me the car, there was dirt on the side of my leather seats that one of the cleaners casually wiped off with a very dirty towel he used to clean everything else. The tires were still all grimy and he tried to clean them all right in front of me after I asked him to. The mats were dirty so I ended up washing them myself at my house. The engine compartment did look clean and wiped down. ~ I really didn't care about that at all. Overall, not impressed.

On the inside of my car, I had dog pee, my own pee (don't ask), Orange Fanta and dirt spilled all over my floor and seats. Over the phone I asked Noel to shampoo the front and back seats (fabric) and to do the carpet. He did that, AND hose down my rubber mats, detailed in the buttons and the cup holders a little bit, and buffed out an old scrape on my fender with a little lacquer thinner. My car's interior smells and looks new. I was charged $50. Thank you again, Noel!!

I highly recommend this place for hand car washes or any type of car wash. The staff was professional and fast and they did a amazing job cleaning my truck. It was so dirty from the salt and snow I could barely see out of my windows. The prices were also reasonable, it was $40 to clean inside and outside the truck( cars may be cheaper) but it was well worth it bc my baby looks brand new again
