Ms. Jones is an absolute GEM! She facilitated my appointment while i was at work. Everything was arranged smoothly and the follow-ups, payment, appt. confirmation calls were professional & bright! The owner came from GA to service my vehicle to prepare it for sale. It had been sitting under pine trees for a year. This car was looking defeated you guys.....By the time Mr. Griffin was done my car was ready to capture top dollar! I mean TOTAL transformation. I would give 10 stars if I could. I had an amazing experience with the detailing service! My car looks and smells incredible. The interior is spotless, and the exterior shines like new. It was so easy to book an appointment, and the service was both professional and friendly. I’m truly impressed with the level of care taken, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get their car looking its best!

Not only an exceptional detailing but an incredible human being. Without pause, KC sprung into action to support youth in our faith community with their Carwash Fundraiser. Although, the girls helped as much as they could, he made certain “their customers” received a professional endorsement and detailing. KC “lead by example” as he washed the cars in our neighborhood without hesitation. A great human with a great business!

Please consider going somewhere else. I feel immense regret going to Automotive "Perfection." I overpaid for what I ultimately received. Despite what the other reviews state, this is not a detailing service. Though I paid $236, I only received a deep vacuum and wiping down of consoles, not a shampoo of my carpets or precision cleaning. Their menu of options is confusing, you cannot receive both headliner cleaning and shampoo of carpets. Though the customer service is great (friendly) the cost doesn't match the quality. Even after paying $215, I still had to pay more for the exterior to be washed (of course I'd have to pay even more for wax). Please do your research! There are other local companies who truly do offer total packages for the same price I paid (plus they offer educator and military discounts). I thought because I was paying more I was getting more. I wasn't. PLEASE don't make the same mistake. Photos: The parking break crevice is still dirty, as is the air conditioning vent. A spot on the headliner isn't clean and the fabric is now fuzzy.
