Bay Ship and Yacht Co runs a great operation. Chris took us on a tour of two vessels and did an outstanding job walking us through the work that's being done to upgrade the vessels. It was an outstanding and educational time. I hope to be back soon.

Good culture of safety. Overpriced steel work. If their yard is over filled they can kinda screw you over in the sense that the work they've promised you doesn't get done right away so in order to make your deadlines they have to use swing shifts. getting paid overtime to finish the job. I think this is because they have too many jobs In the yard at once. But otherwise it's grown far more safety oriented over the years and it's for the best.
