I called the Boat House of Madison to help me with a broken tilt/trim that I needed repaired by a certain date so that I could go on a trip. Well, they went above and beyond what I would have expected for a first-time customer. Original diagnosis did not fix the problem so they rush-shipped another part and made sure my boat was ready in the nick of time. I really appreciated the hard work these guys did for me. I would definitely recommend using the Boat House of Madison for all your marine needs, I know I will be from now on.

Got a new ski boat and we have been taking it here for service and storage ever since. The staff is very helpful and honest. Service has taken care of everything, and they are up front about the costs and Brandon is very helpful with anything we have needed. Will continue to service our boat here, and any other boating needs that may come up. Highly recommend to anyone looking for friendly and personable service from a company that remembers you by name!

They have been extremely responsive, helpful and honest in helping me get my boat tuned up for the winter. The communication has been great, the prices are reasonable, and I was able to get the boat winterized, an engine tune up, detailing and the seat fixed without having to move the boat all over town. And they do storage. Brandon has been especially great with making recommendations and helping to explain things!

These guys rock! Excellent sales & service. I've been doing business with The Boat House for many years, and I've always been really impressed with all they know and how helpful they are. Hired them to do a pre-buy inspection on a boat from a different dealer. About an hour in to the inspection Jason called to tell me about some red flags that he had noticed. He wanted to know if I wanted him to continue the inspection or stop at that point. I decided not to continue the inspection, and did not buy the boat. Jason saved me three or four hundred dollars on the inspection charge by giving me the option to stop the inspection, based on his early findings. He also saved me from buying the wrong boat with his thorough inspection. Very honest and very professional.
