Horrible experience with their service and owner. I went to have a boat warranty transferred and a few other minor things. They told me it would take 2 hours to do and I would be out of there by noon. I drove from 3 hours away. Left my house at 5 in the morning. Got there took the cover off my boat and unhooked it. When I came back around noon they said it would still be a little bit. After sitting in my truck for another couple hours I went in to ask about it. Kept getting the run around. I was finally able to leave at 515 when they closed. They brought my boat out and didn’t even clean the algae and scum off of it after pulling it out of the water. Then I look down the side of the boat and a huge scuff mark from hitting up against the dock. So the owner cleaned that rub mark off about 6 ft long. Then they locked up the doors and left didn’t even offer to help me put my cover back on the boat. When putting the cover back on I realized why. There was grease all over my seadeck on the back platform. Then when I got inside the boat there was a chip out of my floor gel coat and random cuts in the main piece of seadeck. Also grease from dirty mechanic shoes inside the boat and the battery box covers were left off as well. I took the boat in on sept 11th 2025 and this review I’m finally leaving on Nov 7th 2025. After going back and forth with numerous phone calls that were never returned and text messages left unanswered. I was originally apologized too from the owner and he said he would get it all taken care of for me now the last message he sent me stated there was no way his mechanics caused the damage to my boat and when I responded I never got a response from him. I just simply wanted the damage to be fixed but now I guess I will be more money out of pocket to fix the damage caused by the neglect to my boat by their service team. I just purchased the boat and it had 190 hours on it and was still in like new condition. 2022 Mastercraft nxt24. I have never been ran

Hands down one of the best Mastercraft dealerships on the planet! Incredible staff who know what exceptional customer service really is. They've made my summer AWESOME and earned my future business.

Go somewhere else for your service needs. I would not recommend Redline Watersports. If zero stars was an option I'd take it. I had all new gauges and depth sounder replaced for $3k this Spring. Communication was terrible. I had approved the work last Summer, but delays in the order scrubbed it for the year. I scheduled the work in March, dropped it off in April and it still took a month of my boat sitting outside, because they didn't order anything until it had been there a week. When I got it back and on the water, the depth sounder didn't even work. I scheduled a tech to call me, they never called. I called again and scheduled a site visit. The tech came, and couldn't figure it out. I did, by reading the installation manual. SO I FIXED IT MYSELF. Same day, the speedometer wasn't working. Another order and service call and it was fixed. Now the temp gauge is out, but I'm not dealing with them. To cap it, last month I got a bill for $403 for service calls, diagnosing the depth finder and speedo. I tried calling. no answer, and the mailbox was full. I emailed a lengthy letter saying I shouldn't have to pay to fix new equipment or their installation errors. Unanswered. At the time of this letter, I received another bill, but no communication. Not surprised.

I would not recommend this service provider for your boat. I purchased the largest boat that Mastercraft offered, a new X26, 4 seasons ago. Since then I've had nothing but problems with the dealer. 1. Left the boat the entire winter season, only to have warranty items not repaired. nothing but excuses. 2. Multiple years with the same issues, claiming they "fixed it" only to get out on the water and have the seat back still loose, and electrical not functioning. 3. Every season they have it all winter, get it home to find out when they "Summer prep" they didn't install the battery cover, or loose parts in cupholders around my boat from who knows where, or the engine throwing codes. 4. After their routine maintenance changing the fuel filter, I got out on the water with my kids and every emergency alarm goes off. Come to find out, they didn't reinstall the fuel pump properly, and it was leaking fuel into my bilge. 5. They came to do a warranty repair on my dock, when I returned home the following weekend, there was a gouge in my seadeck that didn't exist before. At first they said they were sorry and would take care of it when I brought it back for the winter. Winter is ending. not only is it not fixed, but they to charge me for the repair to the damage they DIDN'T EXIST when I left and they caused. 6. They have turned over their service department so many times, they can't even keep track of the things they've done. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

I have been working with Redline Watersports for 8 years, and they have always showed the best customer service that you could ask for. Have purchased multiple boats from them over the years, and they have the most fair prices. For service, these guys go above and beyond. Just today, I had an issue with my boat and the team jumped on the phone to help me troubleshoot. They were ready to drive out to me in person if needed, but they were effective enough via phone. Highly recommend Paul & Redline! From boat purchases to storage to service, will be staying with them for the foreseeable.
