  We have used quite a few detailing services over the years for all our vehicles and with no reservations at all, Bryan Car Care is the very best by far. You get to know when a business is beyond 100% dedicated to the job. It shows up in the attention to every detail, both with the task and the interaction with the company. Both the Audi Q7 we had detailed before trading it and the new Lexus TX that was treated with application of Opti-coat life time couldn't have gone any better. Excellent in every aspect all around. The Audi Q7 was rated by the Lexus dealer as "excellent" condition. Only a few percent of the vehicles they evaluate get that rating. The Lexus TX looks amazing. The color and shine really pops. Highly recommend the Opti-coat product

  I originally called because a gallon of milk fell off my front seat, spilled onto the floor, and soaked into the carpet. During our conversation, I made it very clear that the odor was the primary reason I needed my vehicle detailed. I was given the impression that removing the smell would not be a problem. At no point was I told there was a possibility the odor might not come out completely. The vehicle itself was cleaned very well, and I appreciate the work that was done. However, the milk odor is still extremely strong. After spending $400, I have a clean car that I can barely drive because of the smell. When I picked it up, I was told that I would probably need to have the carpet replaced. Had I been informed from the beginning that odor removal was unlikely or that carpet replacement might ultimately be necessary, I would have appreciated that honesty before spending $400 on a service that did not resolve the issue I was most concerned about. I was still charged the full amount and am now left with a clean carpet that still smells strongly of spoiled milk and may need to be replaced anyway. Update: Joel reached out to me and absolutely made things right. The car is incredibly clean, and I can tell a lot of time and effort went into the work. That's especially impressive considering I have two dogs—one of them being a Bernese Mountain Dog, so it's only a matter of time before the fur returns! 😆 I truly appreciate the hard work and professionalism that went into detailing my vehicle. While I'm still working on resolving the odor issue, I wanted to acknowledge how great the car looks and how responsive Joel has been. If I were simply looking for a thorough cleaning and detail service, I would absolutely recommend them.
