  Honestly, I have very few comments to give this place regarding tinting. I will say the customer service is above average but that’s about the only positive I’m taking from my business here. The negatives: - Tint looks like a non professional did it - Got told it would be 1.5-3 hours, ended up being closer to 7 and had to sit there for 3 hours. I’d recommend spending more to get a quality tint job than here even if half off.

  Let us start with the good... I called Friday hoping to get in Saturday (I was passing through town with the car and could drop it off, that was the most convenient for me). They said they could do it. Awesome. I requested 20% tint. They said they're running low, but should be able to do most of it, we discussed starting in the back and if the front windows had to be 30%, that was fine. I dropped the car off at the scheduled time (they're not typically open Saturdays, so them getting me in on a days notice earns them the '1 star' rating. When I dropped it off, I made sure they had my phone number incase anything came up or was a problem. I had to pickup after hours, and they accommodated that. Now, the performance. Apparently the guy that I was talking to doesn't tint and didn't know what he was talking about. When I dropped the car off, I specifically stated that I wanted to start with the 20% in the back and move to the front; if they had to drop to 30% on the front 2 windows, that was fine. Again, I made sure my phone number was noted. Fast forward to later in the evening: I get a call from the guy that installed the tint. Vehicle is ready, cool, thanks. Were you able to do 20% all around or did you have to use 30% on the front? He said they didn't even have enough 25 (yes, 25%, not 20%), to do even the rear window. So everything was 35%. Not at all what we discussed over the phone or in person.I paid $580 roughly for the tint job, with $620 in total for a preemptive tip (since I was picking up after hours). I had the windshield tinted on the top. I've never done that on a car, but figured why not. I regret it. Waste of money; they put my rear-view mirror on up-side down and also tinted my damn oil change sticker. Thanks for that, now I have to cut the tint to get the sticker out to update it every oil change. Not to mention the windshield was not cleaned after the top was tinted.
