Steve and the team at Carolina Ceramic Coating did an outstanding job on my new-to-me 2019 Ford F‑150. I had both water spot removal and a ceramic coating service completed, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. Steve took the time to clearly explain the services, set realistic expectations, and help me choose the best option based on my budget and desired results. The truck looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be back for yearly maintenance and any future detailing needs.

Steve did an outstanding job. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and was easy to talk to, answered all my questions without hesitation. This detail was for my husband’s truck (a Father’s Day gift), and it had a lot of dog hair in it. When Steve finished, not a single hair was left. The truck honestly looks better than it has in years, probably the best it’s looked since he drove it off the lot 7 years ago. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Steve at Carolina Ceramic Coating. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my many questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and would highly recommend Steve at Carolina Ceramic Coating to anyone looking for top-notch service! My car was ceramic coated and the window trim was chrome deleted.

I recently had ceramic coating applied to my car, and the results have been impressive. The paint now has a deep, glossy shine that looks showroom-new. Water beads off effortlessly, and the surface stays cleaner for longer — dirt, bugs, and bird droppings are much easier to wipe away. Steve was professional and thorough through the entire process. The application, curing period and maintenance were clearly explained. So far, the coating has held up well against rain and Columbia's beaming sun! Overall, I’d highly recommend Carolina Ceramic Coating!!

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I had an interior and exterior detailing service done, and my car looks better than I could have imagined. Steve went above and beyond with his customer service, and he was very kind and professional. He managed to schedule my appointment within just a couple of days, was very responsive, and removed stains and grime that I honestly thought would be permanent. If you're looking for a fantastic detailing job, look no further!
