  I would give zero if I could. Where do I start 1st off I dropped off my suv heading to work everything was fine I was quoted $250 for full detail including carpet shampoo seat cleaning. However I had leather seats so there was no need for cleaning seat. So I thought ok maybe be will do the headliner in place of the seats same price. . When I asked he told me he couldn’t and it would be and extra $50 for headliner so I agreed because I needed it done. He informed me that the process would take 4-6 hrs I told him I work over night so I would pick it up on my way to work the next day. Next day around 4:00 pm I called to check if the truck was ready. He said no but it would be by the time I arrived one of his employees was still working on the truck tires where full of dirt from the guy working on the truck in the dirt area of the parking lot. As I walked around the suv I started to point out red dirt on the run boards and around the wheel wells. The guy was still working on the carpet it was wet and some sections unfinished as I got to the rear of the SUV me and my wife who had taken me to get the suv noticed a clicking noise, my wife asked the guy working on the suv what was the noise, he pretended not to hear her then I asked him again. Then he walked to the rear of the SUV and I tried to life the electronic cargo door but it would only open a quarter of way. Some how the guy had dislodged the struts off track and messed up the program. The only thing I can assume is he tried to manually or forcefully open or close it to hard. By now the owner comes outside screaming don’t move it as if we had done it. I responded to him it’s already messed up and it was working fine when I brought the suv to them. He tried to are it I told him I didn’t have time and I would be late for work that when I came back tomorrow to pick up my truck it better be repaired and the job of Detailing better be on point. I told him I needed it at my truck and he offered to give me a spare car. M
