I recently purchased a used truck and noticed it had a slight pet odor, so I decided to take it to Upscale Detail Co. in Columbus, GA, for a thorough interior and exterior cleaning. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, professional, and immaculate the entire shop was. Knowing that it is veteran-owned made the experience even better. When I picked up my truck, I was absolutely blown away by the results! The pet odor was completely gone to me, and the truck looked and felt better than it did when I first purchased it. The attention to detail was incredible, and it was obvious that they take pride in their work. The service, professionalism, and quality exceeded my expectations. Now my wife didn't agree that the smell was competely gone. I called Jared (the owner), and let him know. He said bring it in, we'll do it again. And that's what happened! I highly recommend Upscale Detail Co. to anyone looking for exceptional detailing. They earned every bit of my 10/10 rating!

I am very pleased with outcome on my vehicle. The car looks like new, both inside and out. I was particularly pleased that they were able to remove some paint transfer on the driver’s side quarter panel. Not only was the work high quality, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Upscale Detail.

The customer service, the staff, and the vibe from this place was amazing. I went to them to get my Ram 1500 interior cleaned and my windows tinted. It looks amazing! I 100% recommend them and will keep going to them. All of the staff members are knowledgable, professional, helpful, and fun to talk to. They are genuinely good people! Andrew gave me some helpful advice to maintain my truck. We talked about the products they use, they have bible study (customers can join), and staying positive. My experience with Upscale Detail was honestly great! Thank you for having me and I hope ya'll have a blessed day!

Window tint! I took my 26 Mustang Mach E4 in to get a tint all around and they were amazing. The customer service from the time I walked in the door to the time I left was top tier. The employees were very knowledgeable and told me exactly what to expect and how to care for the fresh tint. Hands down the best experience! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I will have to say that the experience was great, my appt, was at 8:30am and I came a little bit early while they were having a Bible study. I felt that it was great that they were doing that as it is a great way to start the day communing with God. I went In for a tint job for my 2025 RAV4 and they did a great job in explaining to me the different types of tints that they offered. They did the work in a timely manner and the tint job came out spectacular! They were very courteous and professional from beginning to end. I would definitely would go back to them for any other work that I may need in the future and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done right. Thanks again guys!
