  Storing my sailboat here was a mistake I won't repeat. You get a do-it-yourself level of service at full-service prices. The power wash after haul-out left significant growth on the rudder, keel, and undersides, areas that require only a slight crouch to reach properly. When I flagged it, staff blamed the lifting straps. It wasn't the straps. They promised to fix it. They didn't. More than a week passed before I followed up again. This time, a staff member came to the boat not to address the problem, but to tell me the growth was impossible to remove. I removed some myself in 60 seconds with a microfiber cloth. A careless power wash happens. It's an easy fix. What's unacceptable is being told the problem will be resolved, then, after weeks of inaction, being told that a clear service failure is somehow an unreasonable expectation on my part. I'm an easy customer. I needed the bare minimum: haul, spray, store, launch. Their disorganization and indifference forced an unplanned pre-launch scramble; the exact scenario I was paying top dollar for them to prevent! Look elsewhere.

  Started with CenterPointe Yacht Services in 2022. Initially they were very good to me. As a newer boater they even took some extra time out to help me understand/learn. Therefore, we used them again! This spring has been a DISASTER! I went into the office to talk to the gentlemen in the fall - with my list of items/concerns to be looked at during the winter heated storage months. The day before we were get our boat out they called to tell us NONE of the service ticket items had been addressed and they needed more time. From there it's only spiraled out of control. Pay to summarize you bilge but apparently the bilge is burnt out? Pay to clean the boat but the boat has not been cleaned. Pay to analyze the boat but not do any of the work. All wrapped up today (late in boating season) to get boat back $2000 cleaned only to have footprints and hand prints all over the deck! and blame us! Insult to injury. Terrible service. Professional thievery. And what can I do? I need/want my boat back! Soooooooooo, you pay! and they smoke a cigarette and laugh in your face as you take off. Not the way to do business!!!! Should be repeat business. Should be easy client/easy business.
