Century Marine did great work on my older boat with an outboard motor.The steering cable was rusted and full of dirt and debris.Nathan had to find the part that was hard to find because of the year and took care of the install.I recommend this shop, Thank you.

I found Century marine through the recommendation of my brother in law after having a boat sit at another shop for two months. They got me in, diagnosed the issues on my father’s boat and got us a very reasonable repair quote. In the process I met the owner Scott and discussed the possibility of purchasing a boat for myself. I showed him online and he recommended a repair shop up in Layton that he trusted to do a prepurchase inspection. I ended up buying the boat and after taking it out a couple of times had Century make a few repairs and winterize it. What I am most impressed by is both Scott and Nathan are good communicators and not everything is about upselling their customers. They do what they say they will. Their prices are reasonable. And they make appropriate recommendations and give advice without a salesy push. I get the sense they genuinely want the best for people and show they care through their actions. I have been very impressed and anticipate I will be making the drive to their shop passing multiple other boat shops along the way for many years to come.

First year of owning a boat, a lot of unknowns and learning lessons, needless to say it has been stressful but it has been worth the opportunity to get out and enjoy time on the lake with my family. Which wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the great customer service, expertise, and Work that Scott offered at Century Marine along with his team. He put up with me (stressed out annoying customer), Got my boat in same day and had it fixed within the week. These guys work very hard and provide amazing quality at very fair rates.
