⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my 2024 Porsche Cayenne S serviced at Ceramic Pro Charlotte, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Brian was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the best options for my vehicle, especially considering it has a matte wrap. He took the time to explain which ceramic coating, and protection products would work best without compromising the finish. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency. Brian was very upfront about pricing, services, and what would truly benefit the car versus what wasn’t necessary. The quality of the work was nothing short of superb. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were immediately noticeable when I picked up the vehicle. It’s clear the team at Ceramic Pro Charlotte takes pride in their work and treats every vehicle like it’s their own. They offer a full range of services including paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, windshield PPF, and professional detailing, and based on my experience I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to properly protect their vehicle. Brian also spent time going over proper aftercare and maintenance, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a shop that not only performs exceptional work but also makes sure you understand how to keep your vehicle looking perfect long after you leave. I've been using Ceramic Pro for some 30+ years, better known as Detaling by Tim. When I had a company, he handled all my vehicles. He now does my personal vehicles. My Audi RS7 has a lifetime ceramic coating and ppf and he stands behind his work. I just purchased a 2026 GMC HUMMER EV and Tim has already added ppf and ceramic coating and tinted windows to the vehicle. It looks fantastic. I've had friends try other places and they don't even come close. I highly recommend Detailing By Tim. You can't go wrong.

A great job in PPF and overall ceramic coating. My only gripe was that I had a tiny rock chip which I showed to them and they said they’ll try to add some touch up paint work. To my dismay, they put the PPF on top of it and their response was that they aren’t a body shop. Brian is incredibly responsive and warm to deal with, so that’s awesome. Overall: It’s fine but instructions need to be spoon fed and documented.

Took my GT350R here and Brian was amazing with answering all my questions and concerns. The craftsmanship done on my car was amazing! Once I came to pick up my car they walked me over my car “what was done to it” and honestly made me feel so good about choosing them to work on my car. They truly beat my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone in the surrounding areas.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! I brought my vehicle in for an interior ceramic coating, when I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming professional who took the time to explain the different packages and answer all of my questions. The results exceeded every expectation. The attention to detail was incredible, every surface looks immaculate. Not only did they complete the ceramic coating flawlessly, but they also went above and beyond by performing an exterior detail that I hadn't even requested, that kind of generosity and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days. When I picked up my vehicle, it truly looked better than the day I bought it and I just had bought it NEW couple of weeks ago! The interior was spotless, the exterior was shining. It's clear that this team truly goes the extra mile and genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their customers experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional detailing and ceramic coating services. I'll definitely be returning!
