  GNJ said I confused them with this company, so I guess I have to leave a bad review here, even the owner said they are the same and I initially reached out to Ceramic Pro East TN on their website, but they reach out to me with both GNJ and Ceramic pro title They are dishonest, unprofessional and will damage your car with poor quality of work

  These guys are one of the most professional car care companies in Knoxville! Great service and overall great people. I Had my Tesla Model X dialed in from head to toe. First I had a complete auto detail inside out. They did not spare any surface, particularly on those hard to reach places inside the vehicle. The guys then put on a complete Ceramic Pro Kavaca IR Window tint at 30% shade to be street legal on all the windows. I also had a full front clear bra film installed on the front of my vehicle to prevent the rock chips, especially in Knoxville. Then the best part - The Ceramic Pro Coating. With regards to Ceramic Pro in Knoxville, these guys are ELITE! I had the Gold Package ceramic coating installed which was 4 layers of the Ceramic Pro 9h coating and 1 layer of the Ceramic Pro Top Coat. It also came with a lifetime warranty- note this is great particularly because I live on a golf course in Farragut (about 2 miles west of the Ceramic Pro East Tennessee shop) and lord knows what our cars may be subjected to parking outside! Lastly, I got a chrome delete and blacked out all of the chrome on my vehicle. The Ceramic Pro PPF and Vinyl coating was installed on top of the vinyl to protect it from the elements. Long story short, this company is top notch and was a great experience working with them!
