  Our son left his iPad and headphones at the condo and the sweet team who cleaned found it and returned it to lost and found. We had gone back into the condo after they cleaned to double check and the place was spotless. Wonderful customer service and great job!

  The cleaning company at first seemed very professional and on top of it. I was promised they could do small tasks like refill k cups and snacks, check inventory, and handle urgent and emergency situations within an hour, but this didn't prove to be true. There was an incident in which the cleaning company didn't leave the correct number of towel sets and instead of being able to drop them off the night of, they suggested the guest either wash a set themselves or go to another unit they cleaned and take a set. Very unprofessional! The guest didn't end up receiving the set until two days later after a member of staff dropped them off the next morning at the wrong unit. Mistakes happen, but the contact for the company was very difficult to reach as she was on vacation and there was no one else to contact, which is also very unprofessional. I was also promised that the company would utilize my sheets, towels, and paper products. I can't be sure, but it seemed very apparent when my new cleaner came that none of my things had been used. The owners closet was full of the paper products. Also, when I let the company owner know we were going forward with another cleaning company, she told me the staff member would get all of my items out of the warehouse and they would strip their items, which I assumed would just be the mop since they were supposed to be using my items. However, my new cleaner couldn't find a single towel towel set (I had 12 sets) or sheet set (1 had 8 sheet sets), and we were also missing a quilt and comforter set. I originally did tell the cleaning company I would pay the last invoice after my things were returned, but was told by the owner 'we don't do business like that' and they refused to return my items. The invoice was paid and still no items have been returned. The last issue is that I had thought my condo would look fairly close to the pictures as the cleaners saw it set up originally and I assumed it would be cleaned and organized somewhat. I w
