Clean and efficient airport. This has the perks of being a small airport. Everything is quick, short distances to travel, no traffic or wait times. Facilities are great. Staff was kind. My only concern is that there should be more Cafe’s or food shops at the airport. Mostly found vending machines and just a single restaurant with limited options at the airport entrance.

I have flown into springs airport many times, it’s clean and staff have always been so wonderful. Until today June 4,2026. I had a flight to Chicago. Departure 12:26pm I arrived at 10:30 to drop off my rental car with enterprise. I should have arrive to Chicago at 4:15pm and left Chicago at 7:39pm and arrive to my destination at 10:15pm. Plane loaded on time with no issues. Plane is moving and stops, well it stopped for a while. Pilot gets on the speaker and says that they are waiting until it’s safe to start flying due to microdust. Understandable! I wanna make it home safely to my family to. Plane starts moving (I’m thinking finally) pilot says that they are going to head back to the gate until it clears or if he can find a different route to avoid the microdust. Nobody on the flight was given a time frame. Once we got word that we were getting ready to board I asked the guy if I was going to miss my connecting flight in Chicago, he told me no. Needless to say my flight left springs at 3:56pm. Didn’t get into Chicago until 8:30pm and I didn’t find out until I landed that they rebooked my flight for June 5 at 2:36pm I’m so frustrated because the sky’s were clear, no rain, no hail sunny and a high of 87•F I rain out of time to cancel a doctors appointment for Friday morning. When I got off the flight in Chicago and asked a lady if there were any other flights or get a voucher or a hotel room and she informed me “No, because it was due to weather” ok and United Airlines had flights that were leaving to go to Chicago too but not American Airlines. So, having to miss an important doctors appointment and sleeping in the airport and spending almost $73 on 2 travel blankets, neck pillow and a bottle of water and $6.32 was tax than $35 getting food at chilis for 1 person. My “new” flight leave tomorrow morning at 6:11am I should have just drove. The food is way over priced! I know the airports aren’t hurting for money but to not get anything that’s worth a damn for my

I had no idea there was an airport in Colorado Springs. I’m from Texas and just moved here and now live in Pueblo West, and I was always driving all the way to Denver to catch a flight. Finding out about Colorado Springs Airport was a blessing. It’s convenient, easy to get in and out of, and much closer for travel. Thank God I found this place because it’s definitely my go-to airport now. Great experience and much less stress compared to driving to Denver. Highly recommended for anyone living in Pueblo West or nearby areas.

Very well ran airport! Always quick through TSA and checking bags with American. Great mountains views as soon as you land. Now they just opened a bar and restaurant at the terminals where u can sit, relax and have an adult beverage while u wait for your plane. Love this airport!

★★★★★ Flying through Colorado Springs Airport was one of the smoothest airport experiences I’ve had in a long time. Sometimes smaller airports are the hidden gems of travel, and this one proves it. Everything felt organized and easy to navigate from the moment I arrived. Security moved quickly, the terminal was clean, and there was a calm atmosphere that made the whole process far less stressful than larger airports. You can tell the airport is well managed because things just run efficiently. The views around the airport are also great—being in Colorado Springs, you’re surrounded by beautiful scenery that reminds you why this part of Colorado is so special. If you’re traveling in or out of Colorado Springs, this airport is a great place to start or end your trip. Efficient, clean, and easy to navigate. Definitely a five-star travel experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
