I had a good experience with them. They came out quickly and set up fast. We had some hick ups with breakers and equipment. Unfortunately my issues needed to be taken care of over the holiday weekend. We had some communication issues. Over all the workers handled all of the obstacles and were very professional and apologetic. The work was stellar and Dallas took very good care of me.

I had a wonderful experience with Executive Pro-Dry! Everyone from the technicians, to management, and office staff was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. We had flooding in the kitchen walls and ceiling and bathroom shower area. They did a good job of drying all the nooks and crannies and communicated well throughout the process so I knew what to expect. The dust etc was contained well during the treatments with zippered plastic sheeting. They finished nicely by picking up all their toys (so to speak) and cleaning the area. They were as helpful as possible with the insurance company. The reason they were there was awful, but they were great - awesomeness, basically

They came in quick on a holiday after a pipe burst was discovered and flooded my living room area. They were quick to get the areas of concern addressed and ensure everything was dry so no mold could become a bigger problem later. The project manager was kind and answered all of my questions and concerns. The guys that came out to ensure the fans were drying appropriately, Zach and Victor, were so incredibly kind and made a rough moment a little bit easier. I highly recommend them for any restoration needs!

Supper helpful and Dante explained everything! So patient and and empathetic with pricing concerns and didn’t charge extra when drying process in crawl space took longer than expected! Thank you Zander for coming back multiple times to re check drying process and Zander and Nathan for finishing up the project ! So happy I have my closet back. Would recommend this company!

I started using Excutive Pro Dry regarding two water leaks at my home. Stephen, the project manager identified a more serious leak when he came out to assess a minor leak area. Stephen, Dante, Robert & Chris were always courteous & polite to me & our home. Dante & Chris went above & beyond. Phil the contractor provided a good assessment of what to expect for the repairs & what he'd submit to insurance. I still have work to be completed but the work Excutive Pro Dry has done so far has been exceptional. I would highly recommend Excutive Pro Dry regarding water damage & mold remediation.
