  Mitch and Alex from Cross Auto Detail were great. I am getting ready to trade in my Toyota Highlander this Friday (07/31) and I could not get the windshield, door glass, panoramic sun roof, or rear window swtreak free. I called Cross Auto Detail hoping I could get in and Mitch (Cross) got me in right away. He and Alex did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job. The went the extra mile and made sure my instrumentation & infotainment screens and center console were clean. Windows are SPOTLESS. I now have an amazing view. When I get my new higher end SUV, the 1st thing I plan to do is take it to them to get Paint Protective Film installed. They are VERY detailed oriented and professional. THANK YOU Mitch and Alex.

  I’ve been following Cross Auto Detail NW for years through a friend’s post, and it was on my bucket list to have our car detailed by them when we got a new one. That moment finally came this August when we purchased our new car, and we immediately reached out to Mitch, the owner, to protect it. Communication with him was easy and professional from the start. He offered us the absolute best service and deal — even including delivery at no extra cost. We had our brand-new 2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE treated with a paint enhancement, a paint protection film that comes with a 10-year warranty on hood & front bumper, a 2-year ceramic coating, and a basic interior detail. Mitch did such an incredible job that even though the car was new, it came back looking even newer and shinier! His work is truly beyond amazing, and you won’t find anyone else like him. He listens carefully, responds promptly and professionally, and even provides excellent advice and tips with a full list of recommended maintenance and cleaning products so we can keep up with the daily care ourselves. Thanks to his film and ceramic coating, self-washing our car is now so easy — and it still looks shiny and beautiful! I highly recommend Cross Auto Detail NW and Mitch for your car detailing needs.   These guys did an AMAZING job on my 2021 Subaru Outback! My car literally looks like it did the day I bought it off the lot! Their communication was outstanding and their customer service was excellent! They came and picked up my car and then dropped it back off, it couldn’t have been easier! They were so friendly and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be going back to them! I highly recommend checking them out!

  I seriously can’t say enough good things about the job they did! My car looks even better than it did when I first got it. I have pets, so it was covered in pet hair and had an odor that I thought would never come out, but they got every single bit of it. The inside is absolutely spotless, smells amazing, and shines like it’s brand new. I truly appreciate all the hard work they put into my car. They went above and beyond, and it shows. If you’re looking for a mobile detailing company that takes pride in what they do, this is the one to call.
