  Had my 28Ft blue hull Bayliner cut, polished and waxed. Gel coat was severely oxidized and Karen brought it back to its original shine. Looks great now as I prepare to sell and pass this boat on to someone else to enjoy it. Highly recommend!

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! They would rather deal with legal action then refund a client when they make a mistake! I hired Karen to come do my car detailing. The car had been sitting for a while and had a puddle under it so there was mold. She quoted me $500 which seemed fair. Day of service she "finished" the job in 4 hours and left. I followed we advice and left the car doors open to air out until it started to rain. The next morning I delivered it to the next location and had them put a fan in the vehicle to continue drying for 24 hours per Karen's instruction. Less then a week later the inside of the car is slimy and covered in mold again. Turns out the mold came back because the seat belts weren't pulled down and cleaned so it spread through the whole car again. I have tried contacting via text, call and through the venmo payment requesting a refund for failed service. All contact has been ignored and unresponded to. I certainly wont be trusting this company again! Update: Karen finally got back to me over text, apologized for her mistake and offered to fix the issue. Due to how the situation was handled we did not feel comfortable having this company work on our vehicle any further so we requested an alternet solution of a refund. Once that solution was solidified Karen flipped her script and proceeded to claim it was our fault the mold came back. In reality it was her incompetence and choices, such as choosing not to leave drying equipment because the weather seemed nice enough to just leave the doors open and then made no attempt to contact to drop off drying equipment 2 hours later when it started raining, then claimed it was on the other owner when he did do everything in his power to dry the car. This company is unreliable, untrustworthy, does not care about the client or their vehicles. They only care about keeping a dollar in their pocket. Do not hire them if you want your car to stay nice after they leave.
