Dropped my boat off to have the trolling motor looked at as it wasn’t working properly. Also wanted this company to look at why my front Helix 7 keeps losing power when engaging the master power. Dropped the boat off and was told I would be called when they got it in to work on it. Didn’t hear from them and reached out the following Wednesday. They said they would be working on it Thursday morning first thing. Got a call that Thursday and was told it was done and ready to be picked up. Inquired about the front Helix GPS and was told there was no GPS on the boat. Asked them to check as we had a Helix 9 on the console, and a Helix 7 on the front. Neither were on the boat. Both GPS units were stolen from their lot. The owner Dan was the rudest more arrogant person I had ever met, went to talk to him about this theft on his company’s property. He said “no one would steal your “”worthless fish finders”” from your boat as they aren’t worth anything to anyone”. Told us we need to file a claim with our insurance and that there’s nothing he can do. A police report was filed with Bloomington Police Department and the police case stated he admitted to poor security and took fault for the theft on his property. The owner Dan refuses to replace these items at no cost nor will he go through his companies insurance for replacement of these items. There were also two others who had theft to their boats during the same time our boat was there. Dan threw his hands in the air and treated us like the criminals and was extremely demeaning. Did not offer an apology or show any sign of feeling bad for what happened. He charged us 2500 to replace the two GPS to LOWER GPS units - didn’t discount them, didn’t offer to cut any type of deal and refuses to work with us as we were willing to “downgrade” from what was stolen to lesser and call it even. Been a year since I bought my pontoon from them and before I bought it my back panel had some sort of rub on it. They waited to tell me the day before I came to pick it up but also told me they would order a replacement to fix it. This was a brand new pontoon hold over. I texted the salesman pat multiple times then was told the parts guy would let me know. Haven't heard a word from them but they had time to send cookies. Wouldn't deal with them again on anything and have told multiple people that had been looking for a new boat/pontoon what's happened. UPDATE: I have now received my panel it is black and I do believe the correct one. I sent a email to who they provided and Pat the salesman emailed me back to get my address to ship the panel. Took some time but they did get me my panel and I will be upping my review because of it.

We brought our boat in to get serviced it was a small repair costed us a fortune and the owner was unprofessional and extremely arrogant. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a business in my entire life and we will never be coming back here again. I would recommend finding another boat dealer or service center I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly in my entire life.
