Dapper Pros Mobile Auto Detailing

Updated review : I am updating my original review. After having a bad experience, the owner (I am assuming) "contacted me saying he was sorry to hear I had a bad experience, and wanted to make things right. Everyone has off days, and the fact that they cared enough to want to fix things , says a lot. EDGAR came out and and redid both vehicles. He was polite and extremely professional. Honestly my cars look great. Inside and out. I have had bad experiences with other companies and services not many will actually take the time to address the issues and turn them around. I can't thank them enough. First, I want to say that I absolutely appreciated the fact that the man I spoke to, when I set this service up, was able to move my appointment up, to accommodate my friend who was getting released from the hospital. I had two cars that needed to be detailed. One a 2018 Ford Edge and a 2024 Honda Civic. I opted for a basic detail on the Egde and I added wax and buff on my Civic. The day he came out, it ended up raining. I asked the man who was doing the work, if that would have a negative impact on the overall job, he said yes. So, he said he could finish the Edge then come back the following day to do my civic. I said OK, that works. He packs up then I get a text message basically saying I was obligated to get both cars done at that time. Then the guy who was doing the detail explained that he could put a canopy up, and it would be fine. Okay.. No problem the reason for the 1 star.. Is because he did a poor job. The inside of my windows, on both vehicles still had what I assume is Armour all.. Or something similar my windows were smeared. My Civic had white wax in several places that had not been buffed at all and the inside of the windshield and side windows were again covered and smeared with Armour all. I ended up finishing the job myself, I could not see well out of the windows. This is positively the very worse "detail" job I have even had done. Not even my floor

Absolutely blown away by what Ben accomplished with my Ford Edge today !! It looks like the day I drove it off the lot brand new. His work ethic was outstanding 👍. On a scale of 1-10...11 all day long !! I recommend Dapper Detailing on the highest level.

Did an amazing job, let me know when they were coming. Interior and exterior look just like buying a brand new truck. Will definitely use again. Thank you Jacob!
