We went to the FAA side but what i did see of NEA was very clean. Beautiful building inside... Vending machines were amazing. Staff was very friendly!

Excellent FBO. Fantastic service from the ground crew. No problem asking for a lav service, I always hate asking them to do this as much as I hate taking the thing out. They have a very good pilot lounge to relax. We had an early start and they were super efficient in getting us fueled and started for an early morning departure.

I complimented the sweetest worker on a necklace that she had and she gave it to me! Thank you Anna for being so sweet!

One of the nicest FBO facilities in the northeast, hands down! Very friendly and helpful staff and line crew. We always enjoy flying here every chance we get!
