I hired this company to detail my 2015 Ford Fusion and everything looked good until everything dried. There was still some trash left in my vehicle and some spots missed. Very subpar work considering I paid them $125 to detail my car. I called the store back and they are giving me a 35% partial refund. Well now, I am noticing damage to my car, I am guessing from equipment being dragged across my car. Because my car was pristine before they detailed it. I have attached photos to see what I am referencing. I would not recommend this place to detail your car and I will not be doing business again. I honestly feel robbed of all my money at this point and I’m pretty upset about the damage done to my car. Would give one star, but being considerate since they did agree to give me a 35% refund, which honestly means less considering my car has damage but it is what it is. PS: Damage was done near the passenger side of the trunk lid and passenger side mirror.

The team left my car spotless! It nearly looks like new out of the factory, which says something for it being a 2003 model. Interior looks great! Thanks!

Absolutely would recommend to anyone! I called closer to the end of the day and got an appointment set up fir the next morning! Super friendly and did excellent work. As a nanny I have messy kids in my car, now it looks brand new. Will definitely use them again!

I contacted this business to detail a 22 year old Honda. the carpets have been stained my entire time owning it and i’ve had it detailed before and nobody had been able to completely clean them out, so i was just expecting a good vacuuming and maybe just lightening the stains. I receive a call that was shockingly fast saying he was done. I was amazed to find that he got the stains completely out and had my car looking better than i ever thought it would. i’ve had many details on this car and the price was very good for the quality of work. I 100% will be using this business from now on.

I hired Des Moines Car Detail to get our 10 year old car looking like new before a possible trade-in. They showed up right when expected. They had all their own materials and just needed to know where to hook up to power and water. They cleaned inside and out. Things that have looked off since we got the car used years ago were cleaned. Complete with the new car smell. Worth every penny and a reasonable price for the service, especially since I didn't have to go anywhere. Makes me wish I had done it soon after getting the car and not years later.
