I Called , The DETAIL SHOP for information on cleaning car i just bought, Doug( owner) was very clear on how they would clean it, took it to them the next day, Julius went over all he would do, and Julius showed me several things I didn't know on it. When picking it up Julius had detailed the engine that had never been cleaned, but the car and the interior was as clean as a new one. So I'm VERY pleased. I will return for wash and vacuum as needed, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM .... THANK DOUG AND JULIUS

Doug and crew really go the extra mile. My car had rat urine odor coming from the engine compartment. Doug washed the engine and used ozone and that got rid of most of the odor. I went back to see what else could be done and he repeated the procedure without charging me anything. Amazing. He really cared about making me happy. You don't find that often. Recommend him wholeheartedly.

Absolutely amazing job! My car had over 10 years of built-up dirt and grime, and they made it look incredible. The owner took the time to walk me through the entire detailing process and explain exactly what he was doing, which I really appreciated. Professional, friendly, and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

First. the details are great. High quality. I've gotten them many times. Thorough. But here is another reason to use this company --- the owner Doug has proven to be a terrific guy and friend. The real deal. Extremely high quality guy. And for those two reasons you cannot lose but can only win by using Detail Depot.
