Complete scammers! I didn’t learn my lesson the first time I went to them last year and I gave them the materials to replace the floors on my boat but they overcharge me for a job not completed. What should’ve only lasted two weeks (they said) took them 4 months. This year I needed new gages wired (3) wires and tilt trim cylinder replaced. They took my throttle off and did not put it back on at all. My hummingbird helix seven is missing. There are now chips of paint missing where they replace the hydraulic cylinder. I cannot verify if any gauges even work. I cannot verify if the tilt and trim cylinder works because they left the wires hanging. But they required full payment for incomplete work! Instead of having to give up one star for this business I wish I could just give a sad face because neither customer service or quality work is a priority to them.

I brought my 2017 Robalo R200 in due to a concerning engine noise and issues with the trim. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely satisfied with the overall experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality boat service.

Completely unprofessional. The person who runs the desk is one of the nicest people I have met. The mechanic is the complete opposite. I took my boat to this mechanic and told them that I wanted it to run 100% no matter the cost. After about two weeks they called me and said my boat was done. After bringing it home, the motor ran good but the boat would not accelerate at all. After further inspection the throttle box needed repair. The mechanic never tested it to see if it would accelerate. They called and told me the cost to repair and I declined because I can fix it myself. I told them that I was coming to pick the boat up. When I arrived the mechanic walked up to my window and immediately started talking junk to me . He continue to run his mouth and would not let me speak. After I confronted him about how he was speaking to me he threaten to call the law on me. If you’re looking for a quality mechanic to fix your boat this is not the place to go.

Awful experience! We took our jet ski there to get serviced. When we put it in the water the jet ski stopped working and they claimed it was something we did. It was working fine before we took it. We decided to let them try and fix their mistakes. My husband got it out in the water again and it's stopped working again. Not to mention they kept it for way longer than expected because the part that it needed came broken. At least that's what they claim. Do not waste your $.

EVERYONE PLEASE be aware that if you decide to take your boat to this place, it will be at your own risk!!! I have to be very careful on what I say due to pending litigation and advice from my attorney but once the case is over I will be able to share everything I have with all of you out there that work hard for your money and unfortunately don’t have many options as far as boat mechanics in the area. I do NOT wish for Anyone to have to go through what we did with these people. Mr. Roc Bowers do you happen to have a Facebook account or anyway I can get into contact with you. We are filing a lawsuit and my attorney asked me if I could contact other people that have had the same treatment to establish this pattern of service this company provides
