Wayne's Boat & Motor Repair

Wayne is honest trustworthy and to the point. His lot was full of boats and got to mine within 5 days. Not many options were available for him to actually fix the engine (old boat 88 needs carb). He did find what the problem was and notified me (brass emulsion tube cracked) keeping it from idling smooth. Price was reasonable and he gave some contact info on who might carry them older parts. Check him out!!!

He's about the only boat mechanic in Fayetteville. That being said, you will not walk in and get same day service; you must get your job scheduled. But in my opinion, it worth the wait for the peace of mind of knowing that the repairs were made properly and your money was well spent.

I dropped my Alumacraft 1650 boat off at Wayne's for a carburetor cleaning. I was recommended to Wayne by another repair shop in Fayetteville because he works on Mercurys....its a 2 stroke and it had gotten gummed up to the point it wouldn't run without the choke on. I asked for a phone call before repairs as I had an idea what the repairs would cost before hand. Wayne was right in line with what the repair should cost when he called for approval. He called me back a few hours later and said it was ready. I picked up my boat after paying for repairs and the boat runs great. I haven't heard it purr like that since she was new. Took about a week. Great job to Wayne and his staff!! I would definitely recommend Wayne for repairs and he will be servicing my boat for future needs.
