Great experience with Steve, the owner and Debbie in the office and Andy the salesman and I believe his name is Ryan the mechanic. I brought my brand new Crestliner home today and I'm sure the first time on the water everything will work very well because they like tested it today before I brought it home. Very personal touch at this privately owned business which I love.

I took my boat in March of 2022 and they told me it would be done by July 4, 2022. I ended up getting my boat in October of 2023. Yes, 2023. Poor customer service. I paid almost 1,900 dollars for repairs. It was so late in the season when I got it back I put it directly in storage. I got it out of storage and took it to the lake and the motor caught fire when I tried to start it. No, it did not have a mouse nest in it. They did not hook up the fuel line correctly and it caught fire. I called them the next day not happy and was told to bring it up to them. I took up there and they fixed it. I would like to know what they did to my boat in the year and a half they had it. My wife and I feel we deserve a refund of 1800 because what I can tell they didn’t do 1800 worth of work. Ridiculous! I will never have them do work again on anything and recommend you don’t take anything there either.

We are very happy with buying our new pontoon boat from the awesome crew at East Side Marine! Andy was awesome to deal with and very friendly and Debbie was great on all of the paperwork! Thanks again for a great purchase! Thanks to the 2 men that wrapped our boat up with such great care! The boat was perfect after the 1600 miles home to Montana!

Great place. Debbie was so helpful with pontoon boat repairs. Andy is a very personable salesman and was always accommodating for any questions.
