  Giving 1 star because there isn't an option for zero and at first they were helpful. But beware if they were this brazen on a simple repair, I can only imagine what they would do on a big job! Charged $101.40 to remove and replace a rim and tire. Charged 185.93 for a sublet charge taking the tire and rim to a tire store. Tax and misc totalling 318.63 When asked if they were really charging me 100 bucks to take the tire and rim off the trailer they said yes there minimum charge is .6 of an hours labor. But that I wasn't charged for delivery of the tire and rim to their sublet store. I stated that I didnt have an issue paying a markup on a sublet and was told there was no markup. I called the tire store it was taken to and a 225/75/R15 tire retails for 93.00 and 14.00 per tire install. So 107 total plus tax and tire disposal means they marked it up around 50 dollars would be my guess. Then the charge of 101.40 to remove and replace the rim on top. This was after it was dropped off Saturday afternoon, without an appointment. Boat blew a tire and was taking in water. They were nice and receptive and said they would work it but might be midweek. I had asked if they could just get a tire on it for me and I would take it the Crownline dealer for taking on water. However when I called them on Wednesday I was told they hadn't got to it yet. I made arrangements to have it picked and replaced elsewhere. Not upset at this point because I didnt have an appointment and no expectation of immediate service. I leave work to get it and get a call back saying that the wheel is off and has been off for awhile since I brought it in on Saturday. I said okay I will get it this afternoon. I go in that afternoon and it wasn't back. Called the next morning and it wasn't back. Came in around noon the next day. I can't prove it but assume the wheel was never off until I came out to pick it up. I do have the receipts though and the price and availability of that tire from the store they t

  I always have an incredible experience renting with the Marina! We rented the party barge yesterday and a storm rolled in that was not in the forecast while we were out on the water. Not only did they call to check up on us, but they were incredibly accommodating in ensuring our safety and then allowing us time to still enjoy the boat after the storm passed over. They handle everything before you take off from the dock and immediately after you pull in. My experience has always been easy and fun with the Marina! 🩷
