My mistake of storing my vessel to this place. I have been calling everyday for thr past 2 weeks and I also have my Captain reaching out but nobody answers there main business line. I have called Alyse who is the manager and she does not pick up my call or respond at all after many voicemails. It's been over a month and I can't get my vessel out of storage. I am current on all my invoices and have requested they make repairs months ago and even emailed them to charge my account to move forward, and again no response. So they did not make any of my requested repairs, and they will not answer my calls to release my boat. Now I have to figure out how to get my boat out of storage. This place may be going bankrupt and under which would be my guess now. It's a nightmare, DO NOT SEND YOUR VESSEL HERE!!!

This was my first year using Forest View for Winter storage and it was fantastic! Alyse was great to work with and so helpful with drop off, launch, and maintenance. My boat came out for spring with a beautiful buff and wax plus routine maintenance all done for a great start to the season. See you next year!

Was recommended Forest View Marina from a neighbor at Diversey Harbor. Can’t say enough good things about the first experience I have had. From explanation of their operation to the help they provide when they hauled my boat out, they are top tier. Alyse is super helpful and very easy to reach, which I greatly appreciate. Can’t say that about my prior storage/maintenance marina which dropped the ball numerous times. Looking forward to doing business with them for many years ahead. 5 stars all around.
