I need to start by saying that I am not the most trusting airplane owner. I had a maintenance issue that grounded me at KSMO and I had no good options. I ended up meeting Greg from Fourth Front on Labor Day Saturday. We found the part and had it shipped. They installed it and did not charge for leaving my plane in their hangar, coming out on a holiday weekend or any of the nightmares that I would have expected. One of the mechanics, Denys (maybe two N's) was SUPER. I learned a ton and was on my way for the rest of my vacation. I'd give them six stars if I could. Very seriously, thanks guys!

Great shop..... Great service and great people. I recently ran across Fourth Front Aviation while attempting to purchase an airplane located in the area. Fourth Front stepped in last minute to help perform a pre-buy and honestly saved my from making a very bad purchase decision. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for good, honest, and knowledgeable aviation mechanics.

Ended up grounded with a maintenance issue at KSMO and Fourth Front helped retrieve the plane from transient parking and got the issue fixed within a day. Greg and Denys were great to work with, extremely professional and kept me updated on the status. Would definitely recommend if you need GA maintenance at KSMO.

Had a flat nose wheel on landing at SMO and Denis and the crew at Fourth Front dropped everything to get me going again. Denis is clearly a meticulous and thorough A&P.
