Loren the Service Mgr at Fox Chapel Marine provided exceptional service for my boat. When I went in to pick it up, Loren personally explained everything that they did on my boat, and asked me to call him directly if I had any additional questions or problems with my boat. He is knowledgeable and is genuine in showing concern for his customers.

I found Loren very knowledgeable and fair, not trying to over sale. Everyone I interfaced with were both pleasant, helpful and professional.

I would highly recommend Fox Chapel Marine. Tara in the Service department was very professional and friendly. The Service manager Loren got our boat in the shop, diagnosed and fixed very quickly. It’s very hard to find a shop that still works on inboards nowadays. This was a great find for us.

Our experience at this Marina has been great and we are extremely happy with the friendly and helpful staff especially Lorne, who manages all the boats, docks and more - he was always VERY helpful, easy to talk to and is super knowledgeable in the boating world... Many thanks to Lorne and all of The Fox Chapel Crew !

Lauren and service team was informative, prompt, and worked quickly and efficiently to get my boat back on the water. I’d recommend FCM to anyone looking to get service done on their boats
