Maybe this guy does good work if you can get him to do the work. I called him in late March.. phone would just ring and stop. No voicemail option. Tried again before I decided to email. He promptly returned email. He requested pics of my boat and some details, which I provided. The next day I had a quote. After a couple days, I accepted the quote and he scheduled me for early May. So far, so good. Well early May comes and no word from Brian. I call.. same phone issue. I emailed (several times).. no response. I text.. nothing. Totally disappeared. Tried to call one last time last week (now the end of May).. now he has some AI answering machine that you have to talk to instead of just leaving a message. And FYI.. he doesn't answer the AI messages either. Now it's too late to get my boat buffed before going in. Incredibly unprofessional. Very disappointed in Brian and Out of this World.
