Yvernson was so helpful with my detailing experience! From two reschedulings on my end to the actual detailing, he worked with me and made sure everything by flowed smoothly. My car looks pretty much brand new, which is impressive for a 2012!

Great job with the interior detailing—I really liked that part. However, I was charged an extra $50 for an “attempt” to fix exterior scratches that ended up looking the same as when I dropped the car off. I was told the scratches were too deep after the attempt and was shown before/after photos, but I didn’t notice any visible improvement. The area shown appeared to have been cleaned and shined rather than repaired, and it wasn’t the specific area we originally discussed. Given the nature of detailing, attention to detail is important. I felt like I paid for a service that didn’t produce a result. I would recommend them for cleaning, but I wouldn’t opt for scratch repair services again.
