Gloss Auto Wash & Detail

I wish I could put this with no stars Since I started getting my vehicle washed here, I’ve had three complaints in the last month and a half The first complaint is I purchased the total glass which is $33 a month which I got a discount for the first two months because I signed up so it would’ve been half the price so I come in one day and I think I’ll pay the $12 to get my with my doors cleaned and so forth yet the people that are drying and cleaning the cars used filthy dirty, rags and smeared all the mud all over my car and I had to go in and help myself and pick up their rags and start cleaning what they didn’t clean properly The second incident was yesterday I came in through the wash laid in the evening figured I’d get my total wash thought everything was great of course it was in the evening so I couldn’t see. I come to work today and my vehicle is covered in smears and my wheels are not cleaned. They’re filthy dirty disgusting the wash itself didn’t even penetrate. Let alone try to clean my rims at all so I come back today to get a re-washed and I go through the car wash and I only get half a car wash. Try to call the manager and there’s no answer so I’m waiting to hear back if I can get my $12 back because I allowed them to keep it because I was gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and to my dismay, they didn’t even earn that benefit of the doubt they just continually keep cleaning cars with filthy dirty rags, and all these people have expensive cars coming through this car wash and they’re not getting cleaned when they could go across the street and watch it themselves a whole lot better

There’s a list of things that bothers me about this place. First off, I’ve been through Gloss 3 times, each time paying for a slightly more expensive package, hoping the quality of the cleaning would get better. That’s not the case. My most expensive one was by far the worst cleaning I’ve gotten. I won’t be going back there at all. First, they use way too much of the product they put on to “protect” the hard surfaces on the interior. It leaves the car feeling like someone spilled spent restaurant grease all over the car. 2nd, there were extremely obvious misses every time I came in. With this last one, it looks like they didn’t even try to vacuum after they pulled the all weather mats out, which themselves weren’t even cleaned well. The leather around my shifter was left dirty, the radio screen wasn’t wiped at all, and they left a greasy mess all over the plastic in my dash so I had to use a rag so I could see my speedometer. Between the seats and the seat backs were not vacuumed at all. 3rd, I was told they would clean the seats which they completely skipped. There were two spots I explicitly pointed out to the person who writes down all the details you want and they were left the way it was when I brought it in. I’m honestly left scratching my head on why this all took an hour. I usually clean my own car but didn’t have time so I figured I’d pop in. It takes me (by myself) 2 hours to clean my car exponentially better than they did. They have several guys working on the car at any given time. Don’t waste your money, you’re better off going to the store and buying yourself a pressure washer and a shop vac and doing it yourself. You’ll save money and you’ll have a better wash. Or just take your business elsewhere. 3 strikes and you’re out.

Got the top of the line car wash with the interior cleaning. Outside of car looks good, but the inside of the car looks like nothing happened. They didn’t wipe anything down, didn’t clean cup holders, didn’t clean dashboard, NOTHING. For what you pay I would highly recommend going somewhere else. The Puddle was so much better.
