Was able to schedule an appointment for my 2012 Acura 80,000 mile scheduled maintenance online! Due to the age of the car, also had some additional items inspected (timing belt, water pump and drive belts). Everything checked out great; H & H does an excellent job and I have recommended them to family and friends! RO# 97016

Michael and his team were fantastic from the start. We had a sensor issue with a 2017 Beetle. Stephanie and John kept me informed on what was going on and Michael and the technician followed up with details as they progressed and what next steps were going to be. The team worked well together and kept me updated. They were very flexible and also drove me home one day when procedures changed. Team was very good at explaining the issues and procedures to be followed. I would recommend to anyone that has an auto repair issue. My neighbor recommended them to me!!! Greg

AC was struggling driving down 95 on my way to Hilton Head. A relative highly recommended H&H and it was very obvious why. Although their schedule was pretty full they were able to squeeze me in and find/fix the issues quickly. Not only did they do a great job, their prices are very reasonable. They knew I was visiting on vacation but still had the courtesy to text me and make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend H&H to anyone living on Hilton Head or just visiting the island.

After checking my car yesterday I noticed something didn’t look right with my right rear brakes. I called them and made an appointment for early today. They took my car in right away and showed me what was wrong. I recently had the rear brakes done and drove down from New York for vacation and they said someone forgot to replace a bolt and the brake pads were out of position. They said it could have been bad if everything came loose. They sent someone to get the parts to be replaced and put everything back correctly in a very short time .Everyone was very courteous and professional. After all that they only charged me for inspecting what was wrong and parts. They are first class .

I had such a great experience at H&H Auto. I brought my car in for an oil change and was impressed from start to finish. They kept me informed of any delays and they informed me of possible brake repairs in the future. I’ll definitely be back.
