If I was going to splurge on one NYC experience, it had to be a helicopter ride over Manhattan and our whole experience with HeliNY was fantastic. Booking was super easy, instructions were clear about where to go and when to check in, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The safety process was quick and straightforward too. The flight itself was amazing and surprisingly smooth. Seeing the city from above was unreal. Manhattan looked huge and tiny all at once. We were lucky to have a clear day, so the views were incredible. Definitely a must‑do and highly recommended.

We had a great experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the ground staff and the team welcoming us at the entrance were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Everyone made us feel very welcome. The only negative part of our experience was at the check-in counter. The staff member there insisted that we had to purchase a ticket for our 20-month-old baby, even though the company’s own policy clearly stated that children under two years old could fly free of charge. It was disappointing that a staff member at check-in was not familiar with the company’s own policy. Apart from that one issue, the entire team was absolutely fantastic. Professional, friendly, and a great crew overall. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it.

Experiencia inolvidable con HeliNY: excelente servicio y vistas increíbles Our entire experience with HeliNY was fantastic from start to finish. The booking process through their website was smooth and easy, and completing the waiver beforehand made everything even more convenient. Once we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They guided us through every step of the process and made boarding the helicopter effortless and stress-free. The flight itself was amazing! Our pilot provided clear and interesting information throughout the tour, making the experience even more enjoyable. Most importantly, we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to New York. We highly recommend HeliNY to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

My wife and I flew with HeliNY today, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We chose the Deluxe Tour, and everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of, and safety was clearly the top priority throughout the entire experience. That gave us complete confidence and allowed us to fully enjoy the flight. Our pilot was exceptionally skilled, providing a smooth and enjoyable flight while sharing interesting information about the landmarks we flew over. It made the tour even more memorable. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip to New York. We highly recommend HeliNY to anyone looking for an unforgettable helicopter tour!
