  I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Brian from Immaculate Detailing. I reached out as I was awaiting delivery on my Lexus RX to various detailers that do Ceramic Coat and Brian's communication and customer service set him above the rest from the get-go. While other local places seemed to just spam me (multiple times) with vague general information or give zero background on the various levels/cost of products they used, Brian immediately provided a ton of information based on what I was looking for. There was detailed pricing with absolutely no gimmicky sales pressure. On top of that, he promptly answered some questions I had so I felt more informed. It was so easy to set up an appointment, drop off my vehicle, and my car was done in the promised time frame. He walked me through everything he did including paint correction due to some factory defects and my car looked even better than I imagined. He provided information and products for afterward to maintain the coating and offered that I could reach out if I had any questions.
