I went to J&A for an Ultimate Wash. I specified that I really needed careful attention paid to the crevices in my car that had accumulated a lot of pollen and even included photos when requesting the appointment. I took a cursory look upon pickup, and noticed they'd missed a big bird poop spot near my trunk. It wasn't new, because it took the guy a long time to wipe it away when I pointed it out. I should have known then to take a much closer look before I drove home. When I got home, I noticed places where the pollen clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. I'm attaching photos where you can see hard, stuck-on pollen. (The photos also show a light dusting from overnight pollen, but the light dusting was not their fault. Just the concentrated pollen in crevices.) In addition, after putting something in my trunk the next day, I noticed my trunk wouldn't stay closed. Upon observing the locking mechanism, I noticed someone had put something that looks a lot like lithium grease or some other lubricating grease, and it looked fresh. To be clear, nobody has touched my car besides myself and J&A for months. Now I've got a trunk that has literally never had an issue the entire time I've owned it suddenly struggle to stay closed. So to cover my bases, I called them to ask if whoever worked on my car may have applied it, or if they had noticed any odd behavior with my trunk as they were working on it. They said they would speak to the person who worked on my car and call me back. They never did. Listen, I can't prove their employees put the grease on my car, but it's either that or the grease showed up by itself. Even in the case they genuinely had nothing to do with it, I'd expect a reputable company to call me back like they said they would. Given the quality of the car wash, I don't believe this is the reputable company I hoped it was. Reasonable pricing and they did a superb job within a short amount of time! Ernesto was very helpful and talked me through their different services. I got their ultimate wash and my car looks much cleaner than I expected from a quick service. Will definitely come back in the future for a full detail.

Fair pricing! Made my model y look absolutely new inside and out. Honestly looks much better than the time of delivery. Highly recommended. Anton helped do some final touches, highly appreciate his attention to detail and the manager sam was very helpful with scheduling and communicated well throughout the appointment. They get busy especially during the summer so recommend getting an appointment ahead of time. I see myself coming back again.

Avoid this place especially if you have an EV/tesla, apparently they clamined they have been working with a lot of teslas but things can happen, just because you have worked with many teslas doesn’t mean there will be no problems, and this problem happened to occur to my vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up, I saw the windshield wipers in a position like this in the picture below. It was lifted up during the detailing, and apparently the worker didn’t turn on the service mode for the windshield wiper (he admitted to me afterwards too) causing the wipers malfunctioned. We tried to communicate with them but they insisted they didn’t do anything to the wipers and said it’s not their problem. Even though the owner seemed very courteous offering to resolve the problem and asked us to send him the paperwork after we get the official diagnosis from Tesla. Fast forward to weeks ago, we went in to Tesla and it turned out that our wipers have to have a module due to the workers at this detail shop since right before we went into detailing, our windshield wipers was working perfectly fine, so I refuse to believe it just happened to “suddenly” break down right after the detailing. We tried to contact the owner about the module billing afterwards but he TOTALLY IGNORED us and turned into a total different person, seems like he’s avoiding being accountable in this situation. So now we can’t even negotiate with the owner since he’s not responding AT ALL and we lost money on repairing the problem that is not even caused by us. Very disappointing at this business and not to say the detailing itself is not even “detailed” enough, I still saw some stains on my drivers seat, and we have to pay 500 more on repairing our windshield wipers which is broken by the workers there. My advice is: Avoid this business at all cost, thank you.

I did not end up purchasing a car from this dealership, but out of the seven or eight dealerships I went to while looking for the perfect car for me, Cameron was the only car salesperson I spoke to that felt genuine. He was so nice and knowledgeable and made the experience so great. I truly wish that I could have found the right car there. I will absolutely go looking there when it comes time to buy again.
