I had an amazing experience with this car detailing company. They cleaned three vehicles for me, including full polishing, and the results were absolutely perfect. The service was outstanding from start to finish — professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. Every car looked spotless and brand new when they were done. You can really see the pride they take in their work. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top-quality car cleaning and detailing services. I will definitely be using them again!

Ozzy did an amazing job getting the glass and splinters out of my rug and seats with air compression after my Lexus SUV window was smashed and broken into. He did excellent job with interior detail the car felt clean and smelled so good. The exterior was shiny and the treatment on the leather and paint made the car look and feel I just bought it out if the show room. More importantly he made me feel more to be in my car after the vandalism. He also made excellent recommendations on maintaining the leather and paint health and tinting the windows. Great attitude as well. Highly recommend them.

Had a great experience. The car was dirty and greasy before, and it looks and smells totally like new after detailing. They took care of every small detail, cleaned nooks and crannies. There was acrylic paint spilled in the trunk, they took care of this too. Communication was efficient, they kept me up to date all the time. Turnaround time was 1 day, which is impressive given how bad the car was.

They did an outstanding job on my daughter’s car. It looks absolutely amazing, clean, polished, and like new again. The team was quick, efficient, and extremely professional. Highly recommended!

In December of 2025 my car was a victim to the floodings in king county, after the floods were cleared I had to vacuum all the water that got in my car. Later in January I had mold starting to grow on my seats and carpet. I have really bad reactions to mold and I cannot tolerate the smell, on top of this I have a toddler so 1 really did not want to have my kid in a mold situation. After months of using a mini pro water vacuum from Amazon and my car still sprouting mold, I couldn't take it anymore and not using the car isn't an option to me. I searched and searched for detailers and saw Os Pro auto detailing, I drove an hour and a half just to get my car cleaned because of their broad experience in handling mold. I was so surprised when not only did they show me the damage that was done by water but completely removed all my seats to make sure all water was removed, suctioned, and completely dried from the carpet and seats. I am happy to say I do not regret the decision to go from graham area to Bellevue. And more than anything happy to not have to be dealing with mold. If you're someone who is thinking about going with Os pro, even if it's a drive I would highly encourage you to give them a call, from mold to mud, everything and above.
