Jet Access Indy Exec

Great customer service and Great amenities.

It was great to attend the event dedicated to Down syndrome society of Indiana and to explore small commercial and private aircrafts and the Vietnam era Huey!

Jet Access at Indianapolis Executive Airport is hands down one of the best FBOs out there. From the moment you taxi in, you know you’re in good hands. Their service is unmatched—fast, efficient, and flawlessly executed. They staff enough line personnel to run a small army, ensuring quick turnarounds and seamless operations no matter how busy they are. Whether you’re stopping for a quick turn or staying longer, you can always count on top-tier service. One of the biggest standouts here is the attention to detail. The team anticipates your needs before you even have to ask, making every arrival and departure effortless. Fueling, handling, and all the little extras are taken care of with precision and care. It’s clear that this crew takes immense pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of their operation. A special mention goes to Grant, the morning CSR. His professionalism, efficiency, and welcoming attitude make every visit even better. He’s always on top of things, ensuring everything runs smoothly while making you feel genuinely valued as a customer. Having a team that not only excels at what they do but also makes you feel appreciated is a rare find. If you’re looking for an FBO that delivers consistent excellence, Jet Access at Indy Exec is the place to be. The level of service, professionalism, and efficiency here is simply outstanding. I absolutely love stopping by and knowing I’ll be taken care of by such a fantastic team. Highly recommend!
