Rip Off!! We waited for months for a paint slot on our Cessna 680+. We made it known we had an important trip that we had to make. We were promised the aircraft on Dec 28. Prior to delivering the aircraft we were asked about our flexibility and we reminded once again that we had to have the aircraft on time and we were assured we would. The aircraft was over one month late!! They had the gall to say "well we didn't put it in writing". Once they said it was done, we had over one page of issues with a $150,000 paint job. They then tried to say they added $6500 worth of hardware to the bill. When questioned about it, it suddenly became $500. Also, they damaged a flight control surface during their work. They then wanted to "discount" additional services instead of the original work. None of the services were due. One was an inspection that wasn't due for another 6000 hours!!! You really have to watch theses guys. If it is honesty and fair dealing you are after, you need to go somewhere else!
