I have been using J’s for tinting for the last almost 20 years with no issues, 31 cars tinted. Today I was told to drop off my car at 0930, I showed up early because the the last time I used them &website stated they open at 0830 on Saturday’s guess that needs to be updated. So I was the first customer through the door. For the first time ever I was asked for pre payment? Okay so I paid dropped the keys and went on about my daily business. Not hearing anything from them for 5 hours and according to the website they close at 3pm, I showed up to see what was happening and I was told my card was next? Wow, the reason stated was that there were a lot of cars tinted and my car was to be tinted next. Needless to say I was told to come in at 0930, assuming that was my appointment time, like the previous cars I have had tinted there. I did get a full refund and got.my car back with no issues. Shame, this was a major disappointment as I prefer to use small businesses. Don’t expect to go back

This business came highly recommended from a trusted friend. I called and was offered an appointment same day! Fast, friendly service from a team of professionals who know exactly what they're doing! If you're looking to style your ride with window tint look no further. Best place in the 757. They explain everything to you from the process to the variations of tint they have to offer, answer all your questions with patience and grace, friendly, prompt, and VERY reasonable with pricing. I will never take any of my other cars anywhere else if I they offer what I'm looking for.

I can't speak highly enough for the quality, professionalism, timelessness, and pricing options they provided me yesterday. I brought my truck in to be cleaned and get the windows tinted. They were very prompt in finishing the job and it looked outstanding when I came to pick it up. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning and tint services you need.

After calling 4 different places to get estimates for tint, I went back to J’s. He did a great job on my BMW last year but I live pretty far so I got estimates closer to home. One company flat out said they wouldn’t do it because they had to remove my doors (I have a 2022 Lexus GX460) and that if he did it he would start at 400. The next place said 800 😳 to start. After that I said I’d rather drive to J’s quality is always top notch and the prices are very fair!

I ended up buying a 2017 Tacoma and my wife brought a 2016 Kia optima. Both of our vehicles were taken to J's to have our windows tinted and the vehicles detailed. When my wife recieved her car back she was extremely impressed with the tint on her windows. Me, I thought that 35% on top of 35% would be a bit darker than it was. Either way I went back to the shop and explained the situation to them. They fixed the problem without charging me the difference or the labor. I normally get names of the people that help me out before I write reviews however this is one of those rare moments that I didn't get names. Either way the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I left happy. I'll definitely be taking my vehicle back to have it completely detailed at some point within the next 6 months. You guys certainly earned my business today.
