LIKE FATHER LIKE SON MOBILE DETAILING

Awful awful awful service. I made an appointment on their website (got a confirmation email and everything) and they didn’t show up to the appointment. Took multiple phone calls to get a hold of someone and then they tell me when they finally answer, that they won’t be able to show up. I needed the service to trade my car into the dealership tomorrow so just EXTREMELY disappointed. Never using this service and do not recommend this place to anyone. Update: After such an enlightening response. I had no idea that a “Booking Confirmed” email really just means “fingers crossed we might show up!” Totally my fault for assuming a business should actually honor its own appointment system. And of course, it makes complete sense that a “reputable” company would blame the customer for trusting their website. Next time I need a last-minute letdown and some passive-aggressive excuses, I’ll know exactly who to call—oh wait, that’s right, no one answers. But hey, at least your detailing is as polished as your accountability.

Anyone who knows me, knows how insane my car can get. This is THE company to use, without a doubt. Found them in one of my moms groups when a woman was raving with before/after photos of her van (kids 🤦‍♀️). Couldnt book them fast enough.. just to be the next one raving on the groups. Just so impressed with each time they come out. Literally looks like the car when driving off the lot. Prices are AMAZING for how impressive his work is. 10/10 recommend.

LFLS service is the best in town! Very professional, detailed and on time!! I will always go to the before any other mobile detailing business in the Hampton Roads area! Top notch!!!!
