As a first time customer at Kokomo Marine's service department, I am incredibly impressed with everything about this place. Their scheduling model is an absolute game changer, you keep your boat until your actual day of service. No more dropping it off weeks in advance to sit in a queue, getting beat up by the sun and rain. Honestly, they had me right there, and I will never go back to the drop off and wait model again. The efficiency here is unmatched. I dropped the boat off at 9am and received a call before noon from the technician with the diagnosis and repair cost. By 3pm that same day, they called to say the work was done, and even offered to take it to the lake for a test run to confirm everything was running perfectly. To top it all off, the office staff was incredibly friendly. Their communication throughout the entire process was the best I've ever experienced in the boating industry. Thank you guys so much for making a stressful motor repair situation into exceptional experience.

Bought my first boat from Kokomo Marine the other month. Everyone was helpful and responsive - answered all of my questions and even helped order a trailer for me that they didn’t stock normally. Koko was super friendly too haha, overall good experience!

I purchased my first boat last year from Kokomo Marine, and cannot say how great the purchase went! Friendly family run business that handled everything I needed and a few extras that I wanted. The delivered the boat on time and walked me through everything and even setup my fall storage and winterization. Great boat and even better marina to work with. I’ll be a customer for life.

Recently purchased a boat from Nate and a private owner. Nate was incredible to work with and his passion to do great work is amazing. Nate has answered my questions and the staff there has been nothing short of awesome.
