I went to Sherm's after he was highly recommended from several folks I fished with for a new Bass Cat. It was my first new boat purchase and Sherm was extremely helpful in finding the best options for my use for the price I wanted to pay. He was also very patient with me throughout the process and I never felt pressured. The boat was delivered clean and tournament ready! Sherm took all morning to walk me through my new rig, explain the break in and maintenance procedures, and help answer all of my questions. You just don't see service like that anywhere! Unfortunately, I'll be moving 14 hours away but if I ever need to upgrade, I'll be coming back!

Had my boat from Sept 2021 to April 2022. Finally get a chance to take it and my gas tank and hose are gone . I call to see how they are going to make it right and they told me to go buy one. They said someone else must have sticky fingers. So I buy my own gas tank since they took mine. Take it to the lake and motor still didn't run right. Had to get towed. Place is joke.

SEVERAL YEARS AGO OUR BOAT BROKEDOWN WHILE FISHING NEARBY WHILE ON A FISHING TRIP.. THIS PLACE WAS RECOMMENDED. I LIVE OVER 2 HOURS AWAY& STILL DEAL WITH THEM TODAY. THE ONLY PLACE THAT WILL NOW ONLY WORK ON MY BOAT. EXCELLENT WORK, EXCELLENT PRICES, & BY FAR SUPERIOR THAN ANY MARINA UP HERE ON LAKE MICHIGAN THAT WORKS ON MERCURY MOTORS.

I bought my $60k+ dream boat from Sherm's Marine and after 2 years of service and general help I couldn't be more satisfied with Sherm and his staff. Prices are right, he's an incredible expert on Bass Cat and Yar Craft boats and he's a master fixer of anything wrong with a Mercury motor. I loitered (sat on a cooler drinking beer) for many hours at his shop right after I bought my boat to ask questions and learn everything possible about my new toy. I met other customers, watched the shop deal with all sorts of opportunities and challenges and witnessed Sherm carefully manage unreasonable demands from pushy people. As a retired MBA/CQM it was terrific to see him and his staff in action. I feel very lucky to have chosen Sherm as my dealer, he's the BEST.
