A crew that works hard under very harsh weather, I respect that. But one individual can take the value out. The sales guy that take your order was rude and started cursing in Spanish. It was almost closing time and I asked if I could still get a detail wash, he nob his head indicating ok, had my car inside a different lane just to tell me very explicitly that they were closed and that I should figure out how to get out. He was screaming and making me feel unsafe. Managers you can do better than this. Hope he gets the training necessary to put the value of everyone else back.

Today I decided to try my luck with this car wash since it was along the way. I opted to go with the manager's special, which is the top of the line car wash. For the price I thought that my car was going to come out like it was brand new from the dealership, but to my surprise, it looked like I got it from MARKETPLACE!! Somehow it was worse than the condition it first came in, which IDK how anyone can screw that up. Let's just say me and my 2022 Lexus ES 350 with the 3.5-liter direct injection V6 that makes 302 horsepower with the optional Circuit Red interior WON'T be coming back!!!!!!

I've been going to this carwash for many years, and I've never been treated anywhere else in the U.S. the way they treat you here. The store manager, Jesse Alcala, and another employee, Jose, who checks the cars with a sticker-scanning machine, are just awful. My time is really valuable, so I won't go into details, but I will say they are grumpy, terrible, rude, bitter, disappointed in life, and full of hate, treating customers in the worst way possible. As a business owner for over 30 years, I can say there's nothing better than serving customers with care and kindness—they're the ones who keep us going. Without customers, business owners are NOBODY. This is a message for the owner or owners of this business: pay attention and see how your employees treat customers. Please give them a fair wage so they can be happy at work. Today I canceled my two memberships.
