Michigan Mobile Auto Spa - Mobile Detailing - Paint Corrections - Wraps

The auto spa did a great job taking red paint off my silver Flex. It looked good as new. I was impressed at the shine. It was flawless. They were professional and timely. I would definitely use again if needed and recommend to all. Thank you!

Noah and Musa arrived at my home promptly after calling and giving me an ETA. They worked extremely hard. My car had not been deeply cleaned in a few years. They did not stop working for four hours! Their equipment was in their own car, so no lugging of hoses for me. My car is immaculate and I am thrilled with their work ethic and attention to detail!

Noah refused to work on my car after arriving to our appointment because he did not come prepared with the tools and equipment required to do the job him and I had agreed upon after thoroughly discussing the work - interior detail, exterior detail, exterior trim color restoration, driver seat removal and reinstall. He refused the interior detail because the carpets needed shampooing. I was so confused, that is exactly why I hired someone to detail my car. He attempted to tell me I shouldn't be surprised since the car was "dirtier than expected" and it was my fault since the service details are listed on the website. Noah, you are correct! You list exactly that service on your site. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was, as we both agreed my interior was not in any state of distress, but Noah's deflection of fault and refusal to take ownership of not arriving with the proper equipment was disrespectful and unprofessional. Noah refused to remove my front seat because he only had a handheld socket wrench to try and remove it from the floor attachments. I was told the fasteners were too tight to remove them. I was again confused that he would agree to perform the work and then not arrive with an electric torque wrench to do the job. My trim color restoration was refused upon arrival to the job because he didn't have anything on him to pre treat and prep the trim for service, nor did he tell me ahead of time that he would expect that. Pre treatment is essentially an alcohol and a micro fiber towel wipe down, which he also did not have. Really just seemed like he didn't want to do it. Rarely do I give one star reviews for anything but this was just too crazy and odd to not share with others. Maybe Noah just had a bad day, I truly get it. But if you're not going to arrive prepared for someone's appointment, just cancel it and ask to reschedule so you don't waste their time or your own.
