I used Upper Hand Detailing a couple weeks ago. Jacob was in touch with me before he came to the house, which I like, and arrived on time. He spent the next couple hours cleaning the interior of my car, including the mats and carpet, and windows. The job was really well done and I am completely pleased with his work, professional attitude and ability. He arrived with all the equipment he needed and did a great job. I do highly recommend Upper Hand Detailing and Ceramics and I am sure to use them again.

Fantastic detailing of my trucks interior. It is like a new vehicle. The service was easy to set up, and the cleaning was performed in my driveway. Concierge service at its best. The communication before, during and after was very crisp. A joy to work with for sure. If you are looking to get your vehicle detailed…don’t wait…set up an appointment with Upper Hand Detailing now!

Jacob did an amazing job cleaning the interior of my car. He delivered as promised when it came to finishing the job on time and also reaching the location on time. He is the owner of this company and a very kind person. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their car cleaned.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jacob! From start to finish, his service exceeded all of my expectations. He took the time to understand my needs, explained the process and made sure I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in his hands. The quality of work is simply outstanding! My car has never looked this good and it is even better then when I drove it off the lot. Every nook and cranny was meticulously cleaned and detailed, leaving it looking and feeling like a brand new car. The Ceramic Coating makes rain bead off it and having the benefit of the 5 year Carfax enhancement is an added bonus for value. His attention to detail was impeccable, and it's' clear he takes great pride in his craft. The pricing was transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. Considering the outstanding level of service and the incredible transformation my car underwent, it's worth every penny and more! I highly recommend Jacob @ Upper Hand Detailing & Ceramics for anyone in need of professional car detailing and/or ceramic coating. I'm so happy I made the investment and that I have found someone that can work with busy schedule and perform service at such a high level. He is my go to contact for car detailing from this point on!
