Norfolk Aircraft Interiors

Hello folks just here to provide some feed back to some of the people you will be dealing with at this establishment. Here is some back story so we are all in the same page: I was looking at a plane listed on Trade a Plane. The post had no phone number listed but did have an email so I sent an email to basically make an offer. Apparently someone had not had their morning coffee as the response was " I'm Glad you where not able to call me". I felt as that was uncalled for. I did not low ball them on my offer so the response was uncalled for. I replied saying I would give them a review so the public would know the kind of people working at this establishment and I did. I mistakenly was logged in under my business name when I posted the review. Same time passed and an employee reached out thru Facebook Messenger and here is how that conversation went: see picture, hope it can be viewed its a screen shot of the whole messenger conversation. At the end I was blocked, a negative fake review was received on my Towing business a few minutes later from being blocked hahaha. A few points I want to make: 1. per the person contacting me on messenger the person that replied to my email was the Boss/Owner. I think that makes it even worst to admit that. 2. I opened the door to a resolution yet I was instead attacked. 3: This person that claim to never be rude literally insulted me and called me Stupid and there was a smart remark about dragging a horse to the water. 4: The fake review comes from a person that has done 95% of their reviews in Virginia and We are in Florida and obviously we never did any of what he claims on the review. 5: I don't think this is how you thought this would go right?

Seem as there is some high house attitude people that work here. I was inquiring on a plane for sale apperently listed by this company and the reply I got back was " I'm glad you couldn’t call me". So I don't know who it was or if they do quality work or not. Some other reviews seem to imply their quality is not good. So I'm here yo expose a nasty attitude that don't belong in sales and or customer service. Now you know.

We had a fantastic experience with Norfolk Aircraft Interiors! From our first design meeting and all the way through the process we were in constant communication about design tweaks and additions! They were on time, on budget, and Joshua and the rest of the team were fantastic! Can’t say enough positive things! 100% happy with the result!
