Patrick's Essential Mobile Detailing

Looks great but he did t do the roof and then lied about it. He was sent back and then said “I’m here to redo the roof”. I checked security cams and he never did. I tipped him well and paid over $500 for the total service so I expect total professionalism and honesty. Not asking for much. The wheel wells still have mud not sure that shouldn’t have been washed for a full detail!?

I booked Patrick’s Essential Detailing directly through their website and was originally quoted $280. After I booked, the owner, Patrick, personally called me and asked for an additional $50 travel fee, which I agreed to only because I had already booked. I booked this expecting a normal mobile detailing service, so being charged a travel fee afterward was confusing and not clearly disclosed during the booking process. If I was outside of their service area, I do not understand why the online system allowed me to book in the first place without any notice. On top of that, I was also charged an additional oversize vehicle fee, which again was not clearly explained when I booked. By the time everything was added, the final total was much higher than the original $280 I agreed to. I have used multiple detailing services in the past, and not only were they cheaper, but the quality of the work was noticeably better. Since I recently moved, I decided to try someone new, and unfortunately I regret that decision. For the amount I ended up paying, I expected a much more thorough result. There were still multiple areas clearly missed, including dirt and buildup inside door handles and recessed areas, debris left on the door sills, visible staining still left in the seats, dust and dirt left inside the glove box and lower compartments, and grime left in tight plastic and trim areas. I am attaching photos and video showing exactly what was left behind. I fully understand that I have an older vehicle and I am not expecting it to look 100% perfect. However, for the final price I paid, there are certain spots that simply should not be missed. I do want to say that the technician, Sawyer, was genuinely great. He was very polite, professional, and easy to work with. This review is not about him. Between the unexpected extra charges and the quality of the finished result, the overall experience felt like a money grab, and I would not recommend based on my experience

Sawyer was very professional and did a great job detailing both inside and outside, very thorough. He was running a bit late and had texted to inform me in advance. Will definitely use the service again and highly recommend. Price was what I was expecting and no additional charges.
